This became accessible to aspiring shooters from Hyderabad. Kynan started training initially with his father and later with other professional shooters like Mansher Singh -“the 4 time olympian”. Kynan Chenai was a champion in many sports during his school and college years but he decided to concentrate on the Trap shooting event and even surprised everyone by getting a quota ahead of Vijay kumar who won a medal for India at the London Olympics 2012.

He is one of the most promising shotgun shooters in India at present.
